1. Eligibility: To become a Mainseed Christian University Global Ambassador, individuals must be current students, alumni (Honorary or academic), faculty, or staff of the university. Ambassadors are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to the university’s mission and values.

2. Code of Conduct: Global Ambassadors are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, respect, and professionalism in all interactions. This includes but is not limited to:

• Treating all individuals with dignity and courtesy.

• Respecting diverse perspectives and cultural differences.

• Avoiding any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior.

• Abiding by the university’s policies and applicable laws.

3. Communication Guidelines: Ambassadors are encouraged to engage in positive and constructive communication that reflects well on Mainseed Christian University. This includes:

• Providing accurate information about the university.

• Avoiding inflammatory language or divisive topics.

• Seeking guidance from university officials for sensitive matters.

• Using official university communication channels for official announcements.

4. Social Media Usage: Ambassadors are expected to use social media responsibly and in a manner that reflects positively on Mainseed Christian University. This includes:

• Identifying oneself as a Mainseed Christian University Global Ambassador when appropriate.

• Respecting confidentiality and refraining from sharing sensitive information without proper authorization.

• Not engaging in activities that could harm the university’s reputation.

5. Collaborative Engagement: Ambassadors are encouraged to collaborate with each other, university officials, and other stakeholders to enhance the global community. This includes participating in events, sharing experiences, and providing support to fellow ambassadors.

6. Reporting Violations: Ambassadors are obligated to report any violations of this policy promptly. This can be done through designated reporting channels provided by the university.

7. Consequences for Violations: Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary actions, including revocation of ambassador status. The severity of consequences will be determined based on the nature and impact of the violation.

8. Dues: Ambassadors are obligated to pay an annual dues of $240 to retain their active status.

9. Amendments: Mainseed Christian University reserves the right to amend this policy as needed. Ambassadors will be informed of any changes, and it is their responsibility to stay updated on the current policy.
